Shipping Policy – The Angel Communicator Marketplace

The Angel Communicator is now a marketplace with a mix of my own curated items and carefully chosen products from trusted worldwide suppliers. Because of this, shipping times and packaging may vary depending on where your order is coming from.

Shipping Terms & Condition

Shipping & Delivery
 

Please ensure you submit the correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held liable if the delivery address provided is incorrect.

Orders that need to be re-sent will incur the standard shipping fee.


Tracking & Lost Packages
 

All packages are sent with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: The Angel Communicator and its suppliers take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows as delivered.


Damaged Items

I want you to love your order. I and my suppliers take care to pack items securely, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at kiandra@angelcommunicator.com.au with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged item(s).
 

In most cases, you’ll need to return the item via a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, I will arrange a replacement of the same or a similar product.
 

If a replacement is not possible, I can offer a refund or store credit for you to choose something else.
 

Please note that natural variations in crystals or handmade products are not considered damage.


Refunds
 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to finalise the transaction.
 

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.



📦 Marketplace items may take 7–30 business days depending on supplier location. Please note: your order may arrive in separate packages if multiple items are purchased.
